SPAR users should access Flex via the link provided within Rewards CRM. Alternatively, navigate to https://spar.flexms.io.
SPAR Login (SSO)
Flex uses your existing SPAR Retail Studio account to authenticate access and determine which outlets you should have access to.
From the Flex login screen, choose to "Continue with SPAR Login (SSO)"
If prompted to log in to your Retail Studio account, follow your normal process for doing so.
After successfully authenticating with Retail Studio, you will be automatically redirected to your Flex dashboard.
No Retail Studio account
If you don't have a Retail Studio account, you'll need to follow the standard SPAR retailer process for registration by filling out the form here.
Not authorized to access
Some users may have a valid Retail Studio account but may not have the required permissions for access to their outlets. After sign-in, you may see an error page showing the following message:
If this message appears you'll need to contact the retail studio helpdesk (retail.helpdesk@spar.co.za) to request access to your outlets.
Google Login
Although Flex provides Google as an authentication option, this method is not configured for SPAR users.
Are you a member of multiple profiles? Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to select the profile you want to work in from your list of active profiles.
