Using a webpage in your campaign

Showcase more products with a single, trackable link to a dedicated webpage for each of your campaigns

Updated over a month ago

A Flex webpage is a branded online version of your campaign. It’s automatically generated from your selected products, prices, and text blocks in the Media step, and linked to your messages through a trackable short URL.

Webpages give customers a clean, mobile-friendly way to browse all the offers in your campaign—beyond the limits of SMS or WhatsApp.

What a webpage includes

Each campaign webpage displays:

  • Product images, names, and prices

  • Optional marketing text or product descriptions

  • Combo deals (e.g. “Buy any 2 for R50”) grouped visually with a shared price

  • Rewards branding and store information

Flex formats everything automatically using brand-approved templates, so your webpage always looks consistent and professional.

Why webpages are useful

  • Show more products
Go beyond character limits, and add as many items as needed.

  • Increase engagement
Richer product content attracts more interest from your shoppers.

  • Maximise campaign value
Feature more products in one campaign for stronger results.

  • Track performance easily
Short URL metrics give you clear insight into what's working.

How to create a Flex webpage

You don’t need to build anything manually—Flex generates your webpage automatically as part of your campaign’s Media setup.

When creating a new campaign:

  1. Select your products.

  2. Add any optional text blocks (headings or descriptions).

  3. Flex automatically creates your leaflet and webpage from the same content.

  4. Click the Webpage tile to preview or open it.

Flex webpages are optimised for mobile and designed to drive customer action. You’ll see exactly how your products will appear before confirming your campaign.

Combos and product display

Flex webpages handle all product formats automatically:

  • Single products appear in standard product tiles.

  • Combo deals are grouped together visually with a shared title and price (e.g. “Buy any 2 for R50”).

  • Multi-buy or per-weight items display clearly with unit or kilogram pricing.

This layout matches your campaign leaflet, ensuring the same visual consistency across print, web, and messaging.

Hosting and short URLs

Flex webpages are hosted securely on country-specific domains, so links always reflect your region and brand.

Each webpage link is shortened automatically and personalised per campaign.
When customers click your link in WhatsApp or SMS, they’re taken directly to your webpage.

Expiry and link behaviour

Webpages remain live for the duration of your campaign, matching its validity dates.

When your campaign expires:

  • The short URL automatically stops working.

  • Visitors see a standard “Campaign expired” notice.

  • This ensures outdated offers can’t be shared or reused.

Performance reporting

Short URLs are fully trackable in your campaign summary report. You can find webpage engagement metrics in your campaign reports under “Links and Clicks.”

These include:

  • Total click-throughs (how many times your link was clicked)

  • Unique clicks (how many individual customers clicked)

  • Per-link results if multiple links were included in one campaign

You can also filter reports by channel to see whether clicks came from SMS or WhatsApp.
