Using a webpage in your campaign

Showcase more products with a single, trackable link to a dedicated webpage for each of your campaigns

Updated over 3 weeks ago

A Flex webpage is an online page linked to your campaign message, where customers can view all the products associated with your offer.

  • Webpages use a branded template with product images, prices and marketing descriptions.

  • The webpage for your campaign is embedded in your campaign message using a trackable short URL.

Why webpages are useful

  • Show more products
Go beyond character limits, and add as many items as needed.

  • Increase engagement
Richer product content attracts more interest from your shoppers.

  • Maximise campaign value
Feature more products in one campaign for stronger results.

  • Track performance easily
Short URL metrics give you clear insight into what's working.

Seeing webpage performance

Because Flex webpages use short URLs, you can monitor their performance in your campaign reports.

  • Total click-through counts

  • Total unique clicks

  • Separate reporting for each link added

These metrics are available on your campaign summary report.

How to create a Flex webpage

Flex webpages are added as part of your campaign’s media attachments.

When creating a new campaign:

  1. Select your products

  2. Add any optional custom text blocks

  3. Flex generates a webpage using these elements

  4. Click the webpage tile to preview it

Flex webpages are optimised for mobile and designed to drive customer action.
